The Gray Salon and Spa collects personal information you provide when booking appointments, enrolling in memberships, or contacting us. This includes your name, phone number, email address, and payment information processed securely through Square.
We use your information to: process and confirm appointments; send appointment reminders; manage your SHEbang membership; process payments through Square; respond to inquiries; and improve our services.
With your consent, we may send you promotional SMS messages and emails about our services, offers, and SHEbang membership programs. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may unsubscribe from email by clicking the unsubscribe link. We comply with the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act in all electronic communications.
We share limited personal data with trusted service providers including Square (payment and booking) and Profile Elite (our CRM platform). These providers are contractually required to protect your information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. Payment data is processed and stored securely by Square. We retain client records for three years following your last appointment, after which personal data is securely deleted.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved in Chatham County, Georgia.
