By booking an appointment, enrolling in a SHEbang membership, or contacting The Gray Salon and Spa, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before using our services.
All appointments must be booked in advance through our Square booking portal. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to show up for appointments without notice on two or more occasions.
SHEbang memberships are billed monthly on the 1st of each month via Square Subscriptions. Memberships are available at three tiers: X2 ($89/month), X4 ($149/month), and X8 ($249/month). Each tier includes the stated number of qualifying salon visits per month.
Unused visits do not roll over to the following month. Membership cancellations require 30 days written notice via email to [email protected]. Refunds are not issued for partial months.
Member pricing on upgraded services (dimensional color, clinical facials, extensions) applies only to active membership holders in good standing.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from The Gray Salon and Spa regarding appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out will not affect your existing service appointments.
Individual results from salon and spa services may vary based on hair type, skin condition, and medical history. The Gray Salon and Spa makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to receiving services.
Color corrections and specialty services may require multiple sessions. Pricing for complex services will be discussed during consultation prior to commencement.
All services are payable at time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards via Square. Cash payments are accepted. Gratuity is at the discretion of the client and is not included in service pricing.
All content on this website and associated social media, including photographs, videos, logos, and written content, is the property of The Gray Salon and Spa and Gray Armstrong. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Chatham County, Georgia.
